Skill vs. Chance

For the time being, see the my discussion in Is U.S. Online Poker a Game of Skill? of the legal requirement that skill be the predominate element, rather than chance, in determining the outcome of a given game.

I intend to follow up that article with a more in-depth inquiry into what constitute the various elements of skill in games and how a legislature or court should go about weighing those elements against the elements of chance in the particular game.
