Pennsylvania allows qualified charities to conduct Bingo and to hold small games of chance, which are defined to include punchboards, daily drawings, raffles and pull-tabs.  Other illegal gambling games, specifically including slot machines and video poker, are excluded from the activities that a qualified charity may conduct.
